Slot Availability and Slot Booking

To avoid unnecessary holdings and to guarantee a stand for your flight, a slot booking is required.

Instructions

1. Select date and airport and click GO

2. Click ARR for arrival and DEP departing flight respectively. This will take you to the booking page to fill in details of your flight.

Booking a slot in advance will make your flight more realistic. You should depart or arrive in time, as well as you will be assigned a departure and arrival stand. If you are departing from our event airport, you will find your stand at our flights and stands page above. This should allow you to connect the network directly at the correct position. Despite of this we highly recommend You to turn simulator collision detection off.

VACC Finland slot coordination system will take care of traffic flow management during the event. To book your own slot, please click ARR/DEP link at the corresponding slot time.

Day 1 status: There are plenty of available slots for both arrivals and departures at Kittilä and Ivalo. There are only limited number of slosts available for the last hour and half for Rovaniemi on Saturday.

Max.turnaround displays the time how long you might stay at the airport if you wish to depart immediately back or to your next destination. Maximum is 60 minutes.

- Stand availability
- Operation (Arr/Dep) count
